PMC Medical Staffing in Dallas, TX is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our network with placements across hospitals, outpatient centers, and GI suites in the Dallas area. Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree (DNAP / DNP) from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Licensure: Texas RN License or eNLC License.
• APRN Authorization to practice as CRNA (Texas).
• National NBCRNA certification or recertification.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience: 1–2 years CRNA preferred.
• Prescriptive Authority: DEA and Texas DPS registration (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations.
• Formulate and execute tailored anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, local, and MAC/TIVA anesthesia.
• Monitor vitals and airway, adjusting as needed.
• Manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia complications.
• Oversee PACU recovery and pain management.
• Document care in the EMR and collaborate with OR team.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our staffing network. We partner with top-tier hospital networks, outpatient surgery centers, specialty clinics, and GI suites across Dallas and the surrounding metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations, including reviewing patient medical histories, lab results, and physical conditions.
• Formulate and execute tailored anesthesia care plans in accordance with facility protocols and clinical standards.
• Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, local, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC/TIVA) across diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs, physiological responses, and airway stability continuously during procedures, making immediate adjustments as needed.
• Manage intraoperative and post-anesthesia complications, including emergency airway interventions and resuscitation.
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery (PACU), managing pain protocol and patient emergence.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the facility’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, operating room nurses, and surgical techs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree (DNAP / DNP) from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• Licensure:
• Active, unencumbered Texas RN License or valid eNLC Compact RN License.
• Active Texas APRN Authorization to practice as a CRNA issued by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• National Certification: Current active NBCRNA certification or recertification.
• Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of clinical CRNA experience preferred (new graduates may be considered for select clinical settings).
• Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA and Texas DPS registration (or eligibility) where required by facility privileges.
