Job description

Overview

We have openings for full-time (80 hours every two weeks) or part-time (48 hours every two weeks) positions.

Shifts: Times will be discussed during the interview.

Location: This is a Level III trauma center, meaning we care for serious injuries. We are looking for an additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• As a CRNA, you will work independently based on your skills and the rules in Oregon and our health district.
• Your main job will be to give anesthesia and provide care related to anesthesia according to our medical staff rules.
• And you will work with both doctors and other CRNAs. Our CRNAs work completely independently.
• Perform various anesthesia blocks and related procedures.
• On-Call duties: you will be paid for being on-call, and everyone shares this responsibility. After being on-call, you will have a day off. Weekends are shared among the team.

Facilities

There are Operating Rooms (ORs), an Endoscopy suite, a Cath Lab, and a nearby Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Caseload

You will work on many types of procedures except for surgeries on the head and heart. We only take healthy children.

On-Call and Employment Status

This is a permanent, full-time job. Candidates must live close to the area because moving may be necessary. We are not accepting new graduates; you need to have at least 1 year of experience as a CRNA.
