Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join West Georgia Anesthesia Associates as a hospital-employed provider. The role covers Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton or Villa Rica with diverse cases including OB, regional, nerve blocks, pediatrics, spine, and vascular procedures.

Shift structure combines 12-hour and 8-hour days; there is no on-call or weekend work, and one holiday requirement is expected. Georgia license as APRN/CRNA is required.

Qualifications

• RN anesthetist (CRNA) duties as part of anesthesia team.

Responsibilities

• Locations: Tanner Medical Center Carrollton or Tanner Medical Center Villa Rica.
• Provide anesthesia care for regional, OB, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, pediatrics, spinal, orthopedic, gastroenterology, vascular, oral plastics and general cases.
• Schedule includes a 12-hour/8-hour combination, (6) 12-hour shifts and (1) 8-hour shift per biweekly pay period; no call or weekend requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Locations: Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton or Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica
• Cases include regionals, OB, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, pediatrics, spinal, orthopedic, gastroenterology, vascular, oral plastics, and general “bread & butter”

Schedule & Location:

• 12-hour/8-hour combination position
• (6) 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) and (1) 8-shift (7a-3p) per pay week, totaling 80 hours biweekly.
• One week will include (3) 12‑hour shifts; the alternate week will include (3) 12‑hour shifts and (1) 8‑hour shift (7a-3p).
• No call or weekend requirements.
• Required to work one holiday from 7a-3p.

Job Eligibility Requirements

Education& Licensure

• Requires completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist Program.
• Active GA APRN license or meet criteria for obtaining licensure.
