Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. We support you as you train to earn your RBT certification, with a strong clinical team backing your growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill‑building programs and care plans.
