Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking qualified individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings on a part-time basis. The role includes training to earn the RBT certification and ongoing support from a strong clinical team.

• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
