BK Behavior in Warrensburg, MO is seeking individuals passionate about helping children with Autism to join our ABA team. We provide training to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, record data, and work with a clinical team to implement individualized plans.

Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling. No experience? Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
