Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. We offer training to help you earn your RBT certification before you begin.

You will collect session data, implement evidence-based skills, and collaborate with a strong clinical team to support families and promote positive behavior. This part-time role features paid training, flexible schedules, and pathways for career growth through our BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.
