Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home and community settings. Join a growing ABA team with training to earn RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes and community settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
