The GIANT Company is seeking a Receiving/Dock Associate to oversee incoming goods, manage unloading operations, and distribute items to storage areas and departments. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and maintaining an orderly receiving dock.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, meet ergonomic requirements, and learn to operate the necessary warehouse equipment. Trust and teamwork will be essential in supporting store operations across multiple states.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used for this job.
• First Aid training and CPR are required.

Responsabilidades

• Review the work schedule at shift start, prepare equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Oversee and document all incoming goods, coordinate unloading, and distribute goods to temporary storage or departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving dock area.
• Move pallets with a pallet jack and place pallets into temporary racking with a hi-lift.
• Oversee all return goods loading and UPS shipments.
• Input, check, and authenticate data in the store computer.
• Assemble displays when necessary.
