Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This part-time role offers paid training to earn your RBT certification and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, collect session data, and implement individualized skill-building programs under supervision, supporting families every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
