Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking in-home and in-clinic RBTs to implement ABA programs under supervision. The role may start part-time with growth to full-time, located in St. Louis, MO. You will collect data, train families, and maintain documentation while working across school-based and clinic environments.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and have experience with children. A valid driver’s license is required, with flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision included.

Qualifications

• RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers and office/clinical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
