Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

You will treat manageable caseloads, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and opportunities for professional growth in senior care.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities
