Job summary

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC seeks a US-based Clinical Manager who is ABC/BOC certified to lead our Chicago-area clinics. This role focuses on delivering exemplary O&P patient care, staff development, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have clinic management experience and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills, with a commitment to advancing O&P services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• US-based, ABC/BOC certified prosthetist/orthotist.
• Experience in managing O&P clinics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the clinic(s) to ensure high-quality O&P patient care, serving as a role model.
• Supervises, trains and develops clinic staff to ensure professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Collaborates with leadership and central office to implement policies and procedures.
• Manages annual plan and budget for the region and directs clinical operations accordingly.
• Ensures compliance with professional standards and state/local regulations.
• Develops relationships with payors and referral sources; communicates effectively.
• Fosters positive morale and teamwork across clinics.
• Participates in developing new directions for the clinics and handles additional duties as assigned.

Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC is a leading and fast-growing Orthotic and Prosthetic services provider in the United States, and we currently operate more than 48 ABC accredited clinics in 12 states - Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida.

Our well established practice is looking for an enthusiastic US based Clinical Manager,ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist/Certified Prosthetist, for our clinics in the Chicago land area. We have similar positions open at multiple other locations as well. Any prior management experience of an O&P facility will be ideal, but not mandatory. Job responsibilities include:

• Leads the clinic(s) to ensure that O&P patient care services are provided in an exemplary and professional manner, recognizing that he/she is a role model to other personnel
• Supervises, trains and develops all personnel, in the clinic(s), to assure excellence in professionalism and customer service- with patients, referral sources, pay sources, the medical community and the community in general
• Works closely with and utilizes the experience of leadership and works with other central office personnel to assure that all policies and procedures are implemented and thoroughly followed at all times
• Participates in the development and adoption of the region's annual plan and budget and in consultation with company leadership and manages the clinical operations towards such forecasts
• Conducts all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the standards as established by the professional agencies and by the laws and regulations of the state and local jurisdiction
• Maintains a thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of payor sources and demonstrates such in the conduct of regular practice
• Develops continuing and new referral sources relationships and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is responsible for developing a positive company attitude, camaraderie and morale among personnel
• Participates with and advises management in development of new directions for the clinic(s)
• Performs such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
