Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in Solaris HealthCare Daytona's SNF. The role involves working with residents to restore function and independence within a dedicated therapy gym.

Florida-licensed PTAs (or license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience are preferred. This PRN position offers flexible weekday/weekend hours and competitive pay through a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
