Tender Touch Rehab Services in Washington, DC, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour in a SNF and long-term care setting.

The PTA will provide supervised PT treatments, assist in patient selection, and ensure regulatory documentation is accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT per state guidelines.
• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
