Tender Touch Rehab Services in Middlebury, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a weekend schedule. This part-time role provides PT support under supervision of a licensed PT, within skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will assist with patient screenings, coordinate evaluations, maintain documentation, and ensure orders are current. Requirements include an associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and an active CT PTA license.

Qualifications

• Must hold CT license as Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
