• Proficient in documenting in EMR and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT-aligned interventions under a PT’s direction.
• Manage a manageable caseload of patients.
• Document patient progress clearly in the EMR and communicate with the team.
