You will manage a manageable caseload, document in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while growth opportunities and mentorship strengthen your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CPTA license in Illinois.
• Experience documenting patient progress in EMR.
• Ability to work under PT supervision with seniors.
