Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• National Phlebotomy Association or equivalent certification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects specimens according to laboratory requirements.
• Verifies patient identification according to SOP.
• Performs LIS order entry correctly.
• Maintains accurate documentation and labeling.
• Supports training and onboarding of new staff.
• Responds promptly to pages and communicates with care teams.
