Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated associate in Dover, DE to deliver exceptional member service and support in-store and in the Pharmacy area. You will help members with purchases, process payments, stock and secure pharmacy supplies, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.

You will work with management and teammates to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to changing conditions while upholding Walmart's standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Entering prescription information or filing prescriptions and completing and maintaining paperwork forms and other required documentation.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures utilizing equipment appropriately merchandising and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback.
