Job summary

Community And Rural Health Services is seeking an experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician to work in Fremont, OH. In this Per Diem role, you will ensure the accurate dispensing of medications under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited pharmacy technician program and holds a National Certification. Responsibilities include prescription processing and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Completion of coursework and graduation from an accredited pharmacy technician training program.
• 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and current registration with the State of Ohio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Process prescriptions while upholding customer service standards.
• Work under direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Community Health Services is seeking an experienced Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The Pharmacy Technician will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy/Pharmacist- in charge to ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of medications and prescription processing while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Completion of coursework and graduation from an accredited pharmacy technician training program.
• National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and current registration with the State of Ohio preferred.
• Certified Immunizing Technician preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and medication management systems.
• Ability to meet CEU requirements as stipulated by certification or licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Occasional lifting and moving of supplies and medications.
• Standing for extended periods during shifts.
