Job Description

Assist pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients. This position requires providing service to the following age populations: Neonate, Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric, and Frail Elderly, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Education/Training/Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Training in an accredited hospital pharmacy technician-training program or equivalent experience.
• Computer proficiency required. Certification through PTCB is required within 12 months of hire. (Exception: enrolled in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school program with pharmacy intern registration in Pennsylvania)
