• Building relationships with our patients.
• Accurately filling prescriptions.
• Maintaining workflow procedures.
• Utilizing pharmacy automation and counting devices.
• Answering phones in a courteous and clear manner.
• Managing phone calls courteously.
• Being the primary contact for patients.
• Maintaining a customer-first attitude.
• Point of Sale operations.
• Cash drawer management.
