Qualifications

• CPhT required.
• Minimum two years medical or pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a call center type environment or similar customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Record and process orders and inquiries via fax, mail, phone, or patient contact.
• Respond to patient inquiries by phone or email with quality service.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding medications, services, and inquiries.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling orders and communicating shipment info.
• Direct calls to the appropriate team while maintaining professionalism.
• Resolve patient claims and complaints effectively and fairly.
• Notify pharmacists of changes in patient conditions or compliance issues.
• Perform special handling duties like drug shipment notices and adverse event reports.
• Process orders including scanning, indexing, QA, intake prep, and issue tracking.
