Job summary

Fry’s Food Stores is seeking a Pharmacy Technician in Arizona to provide patient-focused health and wellness services while supporting pharmacist duties and ensuring compliant dispensing processes.

You will assist with data entry, reception tasks, and product dispensing, while contributing to HIPAA-compliant workflows and ongoing staff coaching. The role supports non-dispensing services and CLIA-waived screenings in alignment with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support non-dispensing services through the use of various platforms, resources, and applications.
• Complete all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law as well as company policies.
• Maintain HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding the same.
