Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns.
• Operates cash registers and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Processes prescription and OTC orders and purchases in the Pharmacy area.
• Receives and stocks pharmacy merchandise and maintains the Pharmacy area.
• Administers clinical service programs (e.g., immunizations) per State Board of Pharmacy rules.
• Monitors stock levels and assists in inventory management.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate dispensation of medications.
