Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national registration, certification, or licensure as required by state.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience with reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing.
• Support coaching/training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications per state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and apps.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per state/federal law and company policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation/safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Report all illegal activity including robbery or fraud.
• Must perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
