Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision and perform pharmacy duties per policy.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Coach pharmacy technicians and cashiers as applicable (PTCB certified).
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Enter patient data, fill prescriptions by counting and pouring medications, and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management and clerical tasks; handle cash transactions as needed.
• Assist with clinical services coordination and maintain relationships with local medical staff.
