Job summary

You will support medication distribution, inventory, and patient safety, participate in process improvements, and grow through training and department meetings. Qualifications include HS diploma, state board registration, and national certification or intern license; prior hospital tech

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Registered with State Board where Practicing.
• National certification or internship licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through interactions with doctors, nurses and patients who contact the pharmacy.
• Process Epic messages in a timely and accurate manner and support dispensing of medications.
• Assist pharmacists with filling, labeling, restocking Pyxis and related tasks.
• Ensure timely receipt and delivery of patient medication information and products.
• Participate in Process Improvement and Infection Control initiatives and maintain safety standards.
