Exciting and unique opportunity to work with an Independent Specialty Pharmacy in Wylie, TX. Seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and energetic Certified Pharmacy Technician to help us provide timely and great service to our patients and doctors.

Our pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist with prescription management and communicating with physicians’ offices about patient medications. The successful candidate for this role will communicate with patients over the phone and in-store to address customer service issues and field questions about medications.

• Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system
• Answer incoming phone calls and field patient questions
• Contact doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information
• Answer patient questions and address customer service issues when they arise
• Assist the pharmacist with maintaining medication inventory and place medication orders when instructed
