Job summary

VytlOne is recruiting a Certified Pharmacy Technician for the Thibodaux Regional Outpatient Pharmacy. You will adjudicate claims, fill prescriptions, and deliver excellent patient service within standard Monday–Friday hours.

Ideal candidates have an active Louisiana Pharmacy Technician license, CPhT, and 2+ years of experience, with strong communication and computer skills. We offer robust benefits and a stable, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Two or more years of pharmacy tech experience.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written form.
• In good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy.
• Computer experience mandatory; ability to operate various pharmacy software/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims and fill prescriptions efficiently.
• Accept written prescriptions or refill requests from patients and verify information for completeness and accuracy.
• Record medical histories while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver quality customer service to patients and respond to inquiries.
• Sort and count medications, prepare labels, and place prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Participate in inventory audits and purchasing of medications and pharmacy supplies.
