Job summary

Walmart in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to support customers’ prescription needs in our store pharmacies. You will input and process prescriptions, provide product information, and deliver customer service with accuracy and care.

This part-time role offers shifts including mid-shift and closing, with pay between $20.50 and $33.50 per hour plus potential performance incentives and premiums based on schedule or work performed.

Hourly Wage: $20.5 - $33.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
