Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national/state registration or license.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities requiring pharmacists judgement.
• Provide customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing.
• Coach and train clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications per regulations.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription data.
• Support non-dispensing services via platforms/resources/apps.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per law and policy.
• Provide health and wellness services as allowed by regulations.
• Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Comply with regulations; report illegal activity.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
