Job summary

Walmart (including Sam's Club) at Bristol, VA is hiring a customer service associate to assist Members with purchases, returns, and inquiries while promoting products and services. The role includes processing prescriptions and OTC orders in the Pharmacy and stocking merchandise in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services
• Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment processes member purchases and assists in payments returns refunds and exchanges
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners
• Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
