Job summary

Walmart is seeking a team-oriented associate in Visalia, CA to deliver exceptional Member service, operate the checkout, and support Pharmacy operations. You will help Members with purchases, manage payments, and assist in processing prescriptions and OTC orders.

You will stock merchandise, maintain the Pharmacy area, and ensure paperwork and logs are completed accurately. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging and assisting Members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment, process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies, and maintaining paperwork.
• Keep Pharmacy area organized, complete documentation, and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to identify priorities, communicate progress, and address improvement opportunities.
