Qualifications

• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician and may require licensure.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPT) within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Assists in processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members while following policies and procedures.
• Maintains Pharmacy area and completes required paperwork and logs.
• Delivers Member service by assisting with purchases, returns, and resolving issues.
