Job summary

Sam's Club in Bullhead City, AZ is hiring for a Member Services/Cashier role with Pharmacy responsibilities. You will acknowledge members, assist with purchases, stock and secure Pharmacy supplies, and process prescriptions and OTC orders following company policies.

Qualifications

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment and processes member purchases.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies.
• Stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise; completes paperwork and maintains logs.
• Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; communicates progress and information.
• Adheres to Open Door Policy and Walmart values in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Delivers results while putting the customer first and makes decisions based on reliable information.
• Manages returns, refunds and exchanges per procedures and supports team and customers.
