Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information, and completing required paperwork.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organizes the Pharmacy space, and maintains documentation and logs.
• Carries out tasks by using policies and resources, collaborates with managers and coworkers, and adapts to feedback and change.
