• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Handles Pharmacy products and services by processing prescription and OTC orders and maintaining paperwork.
• Keeps Pharmacy area stocked and organized, following company procedures and logs.
• Demonstrates Walmart values and teamwork through daily interactions and customer focus.
