Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Assists in processing Pharmacy orders, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Maintains Pharmacy area and completes paperwork, logs, and documentation.
• Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity via Open Door Policy and proper execution of business processes.
