Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Pharmacy Tech in the state where employed (PHARMTECH:UT).
• Active CPTEXCPT or CPTPTCB or CPHT certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a pharmacy technician per policies for medication preparation and distribution.
• Restock medication dispensing cabinets and fill first doses.
• Provide patient-specific medication delivery.
