Job summary

YouFit in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a Certified YC Trainer to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. This role starts part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position based on client numbers.

You will design personalized programs, conduct training sessions, perform fitness assessments, and maintain excellent customer service while pursuing sales and KPI targets. CPR/AED certification and NCAA credential are required, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or an Exercise-Science degree.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients reach health and fitness goals with personalized programs.
• Inspire clients through goal setting and frequent follow-ups.
• Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Maintain sales and key performance indicators.
• Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
• Foster a positive environment for employees, members, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy for job-related software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
