Alloy Personal Training Bearden is hiring part-time and substitute personal trainers to coach sessions with no more than six clients at a time.
This is personal training delivered in a small-group setting not a group fitness class. Although members train together, each person may have a different fitness level, goal, limitation, or injury history. Trainers must actively coach every individual and adapt exercises, resistance, range of motion, and movement progressions as needed.
Our trainers do more than call out exercises and expect members to follow along. They demonstrate movements, observe each member’s form, provide hands‑on coaching and clear verbal cues, and make real‑time adjustments so every client can train safely and successfully.
We primarily serve adults ages 40 and older, including beginners who may feel nervous or uncertain about getting started. Empathy, encouragement, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential.
