Job summary

GYMGUYZ is hiring passionate personal trainers for in-home and on-site sessions. You will design tailored programs, motivate clients, and track progress using our Fitness App. Flexibility and travel to client locations are required.

Join a growing team with extensive training, development programs, and a focus on client outcomes. This part-time role offers potential to advance to full-time as schedules permit.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure results and reassess as needed.
• Drive to and from client sessions and maintain scheduling.

• Conduct Reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
