The ideal candidate will assist in developing personalized workout plans, conduct goal-setting sessions, and ensure members achieve their fitness goals. Qualifications

• Ability to motivate others, provide elevated level of support to clients and members.
• National personal training certification from Crunch approved certification body.
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Conduct goal setting and nutritional counseling with members.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients.
• Help maintain a clean and well-functioning facility.
