The Fitness Factory Group LLC in New York hires a Personal Trainer to perform fitness assessments, design training plans, and educate clients on equipment safety. You will guide clients toward fitness objectives with clear instruction and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate is a strong teacher with a passion for fitness, able to motivate clients, manage time, and maintain high safety standards in a dynamic gym environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Mansioni

• Perform fitness assessments to understand each client's current fitness level.
• Create individualized workout plans and training routines and revise them periodically.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment.
• Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed.
