Life Time Inc. Cary, NC is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to support members in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will build strong client relationships and design safe, effective programs that drive goal achievement.

The role requires 1 year of PT experience, CPT and CPR/AED certifications, and a high school diploma. You’ll conduct assessments, provide fitness floor assistance, promote services, complete administrative tasks, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training associated with the role.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Stays current on credentials and continuing education to advance through levels program.
