GYMGUYZ Monmouth and Ocean Counties is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver high-energy, in-home and on-site sessions to clients who want coaching on their terms. You’ll design personalized programs, track progress with our apps, manage your schedule efficiently, and benefit from a nationwide network that supports your growth and performance bonuses.

This flexible role offers part-time to full-time options, competitive pay, training and development, and a clear path to Master Trainer

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
• Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
