Job summary

GYMGUYZ delivers mobile personal training to homes, offices, and organizations across the DC area. You’ll train clients on their terms with no gym visits, using our app to design programs and track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid onboarding, and growth paths into leadership roles. Certification and CPR are required, with travel between sessions and a nationwide support network.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with using mobile/web apps to manage sessions and notes (Mindbody, Trainerize).
• Excellent communication, professionalism and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and communicate with clients.
• Motivate clients, track results and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive nationwide team and participate in marketing events.
• Represent GYMGUYZ values—DRIVE—in every session.
