GYMGUYZ offers in-home or on-site personal training with flexible scheduling, from part-time to full-time options. Earn $28.00–$35.00 per hour plus performance bonuses, with ongoing development and a clear growth path to Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Comfort with mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions and notes.
• Strong communication and professional energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our app ecosystem.
• Conduct reassessments using the app tools.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and client communication.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
